Capt. Dale Groff & Capt. Willy Leathers, of the Schooner Alabama and Schooner Adventure, who talked about the ships, the history of the ships, and the tours of the ships available during Maritime Days. (21:14)
Kevin Hunt, the Director of Veterans’ Services for the cities of Amesbury & Newburyport and Towns of Merrimac & Salisbury, who talked about Memorial Day activities and events in the area, and the Newburyport Memorial Brick program. (28:54)
Kim Turner & Jen Collins, from the Newburyport Parks Commission and the Americana Rhythm & Roots Festival, about Newburyport’s 23 parks and the upcoming projects this summer. We also talked about the Rhythm & Roots Festival, that supports the Parks Conservancy. (41:59)
Linda Garcia, owner of Abraham’s Bagels & Pizza, about the grand re-opening of “Abe’s” and the work it’s taken to get to this point.
